Individual Sessions & Services
IN PERSON SESSIONS
In person sessions are one hour in length, held at my home studio in Bernalillo, New Mexico. For in person sessions, I ask that you arrive in comfortable, breathable clothing at least 5 minute before start time, and are completely fragrance-free (no perfumes, scented detergents, etc).
VIRTUAL SESSIONS
Virtual sessions are held on Zoom and are one hour in length. For virtual sessions, it will be important to create a private, uninterrupted, comfortable space set up with blankets, a mat, and supports (bolsters, blocks, pillows, etc) supported by reliable wifi and that you have familiarity with Zoom.
RATES
All sessions are sliding scale ($65 - $115) based on your financial situation. See more about the Green Bottle Approach to sliding scales here as a way to determine a rate that is right for you. If my rates still prohibit access for you and you'd like to work together, please reach out and we can talk through what might work for your budget. Cash or check preferred, Venmo also an option.
INFRARED SAUNA ADD-ON
On site is a Sunlighten Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna. If you'd like to spend 20 - 45 minutes warming up and detoxing before or after a session, it can support opening and moving information through the body. Sauna sessions are an additional $20.
